Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, we will gladly work with you if there is an issue with your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item:

We will correct the issue by sending the correct item or issuing a refund if necessary
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

Custom or personalized orders

Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Normal variations in handmade items (each piece is unique)
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible
Donations
As part of our mission:

All donations are non-refundable UNLESS

Error: The donor made an honest mistake (e.g., inputting wrong number

or donating twice).

Misuse/Inability to Use: Funds were given for a specific purpose (restricted gift) that you can no longer fulfill.

Illegality: The funds were involved in fraud or embezzlement.
